La storia di un casale in Maremma/ The history of house in Maremma
Costruito intorno agli anni Quaranta, il casale era la classica abitazione rurale in Maremma. Al centro il casale con il fienile, all'esterno il lavatoio (ora trasformato in bagno) e il pollaio (adesso il ripostiglio). Al centro della proprietà un antico pozzo artesiano profondo circa 10 m, scavato interamente a mano e rivestito da mattoncini in terracotta. Non più in funzione, i pozzi sono stati tutti ristrutturati e messi in sicurezza. In quasi tutte le proprietà, i pozzi rimangono come testimonianza degli antichi casali maremmani. I lavori di ristrutturazione di questa proprietà sono stati effettuati nel 2000 nel rispetto del rigido vincolo paesaggistico presente nella zona.
Da sottolineare che nella zona delle Murelle, questo casale è un pezzo quasi unico.

Built around the 1940, the house was a classic country cottage in Maremma. At the center of the house with the barn, the wash-out (now transformed into the bathroom) and the little stable (now the closet). At the center of the property an old artesian wellabout 10 m deep, digged by hand and covered with clay bricks. No longer in operation, the well has been restored and made safe, remained in the property as evidence of the ancient houses of Maremma.
